Description
The Cross and the .357 Magnum tells the story of Philip Hicks, who lived the life of the prodigal son. It led him to a maximum security prison and a sentence of life plus 15 years. He found Jesus during this time, told the truth at his trial, and was miraculously released from prison.
This is an incredible story that shows God’s amazing grace and mercy. Filled with miracle after miracle, you will learn how the truth will set you free.
The Cross and the .357 Magnum reads like a novel but is a true story. It teaches a terrific message through this modern-day prodigal son and will give hope to anyone in need. The book has been endorsed by many, including Chuck Colson, Merlin Carothers, Dr. Glenn Cole and Pastors Francis Anfuso and Sam Huddleston, Reverend Art Hallett, and Pastor Francis Anfuso! Using his book as a message platform, Philip ministers in churches, prisons and many other arenas nationwide.
"The Book of Acts (fifth book in the New Testament) has no official ending. It is apparent that the Holy Spirit intended it this way. Why? It is because, new chapters are to be written on a regular basis throughout human history. Such a chapter is the content of Philip Hicks’ book, The Cross & the .357 Magnum. I recommend this read for any and all who are interested in the miracle power of God.” (Dr. Glen D. Cole, Pastor Emeritus, Capital Christian Center, Sacramento, CA, Superintendent Emeritus, Assemblies of God, Northern California, Nevada)
