Description
Throughout a long and fruitful ministry Guy Chevreau has had the privilege of working in close relationship with more than 250 churches. The knowledge gained through this experience has helped him to crystallize in this book the vital, essential, ingredients that are the attributes of every truly healthy, vibrant, church.
The ingredients themselves are fairly obvious. The author cites five vitals signs, using the analogy of the vital signs a paramedic would look for when examining a casualty:
- Worship
- Leadership priorities
- Church atmosphere
- Generosity
- Evangelism and Mission
The strength of this book is that it demonstrates the quality each of these vital signs must possess and, crucially, how they fit together as a whole.
